🛒 Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers can cancel their order if the product has not yet been dispatched.

To cancel your order:

1. Contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp
2. Provide your Order ID and order details

If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.

🚚 Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation may not be possible.

However:

1. Customer can refuse delivery
2. Return shipping charges may apply

If the order is cancelled successfully:
